    About a two(2) tablespoon oil in hot pan. Add onion, a pinch salt and leave to caramelize.

    Add your fresh tomato and tomato purée to pan and fry.

    Add bouillon cubes, pepper, and stock to the pan and cover

    Put Macaroni in a pot of boiling water and add a pinch of salt

  5. 5

    Drain water when half done and bring to cool to a room temperature

  6. 6

    Transfer cool Macaroni into pan containing tomato purée and fold in until Macaroni is evenly coated with purée

  7. 7

    Taste and if not up to taste, season to desired taste

  8. 8

    Transfer to plate and dress with tomato purée, serving hot with any drink or wine of your choice
