    Ram meat was washed and set on pot with slice onion and pinch of salt,It was covered until the meat cook.

    Palm oil was set on low flame with little slice of onion,blended tomato and pepper was added to the pot containing plam oil, it was stir fryied for 10mins.

  3. 3

    The maggy,slice onion, and the cooked meat was added to the fried scotch bonnet to stir fry for 3mins it's ready to serve with white rice.
