Ingredients

  1. 1 cupground nut
  2. Tomato 🍅 paste
  3. 2 serving spoonpalm oil
  4. clovesGarlic
  5. Black pepper
  6. Cloves
  7. Ginger
  8. Cooked meat or fish
  9. 1onion
  10. 2red bell peppers
  11. 2scotch pepper
  12. Spinach
  13. Salt & seasonings

Cooking Instructions

    First add in palm oil into a pot on heat then add in some sliced onions, then add in the tomato 🍅 paste fry for a couple of minutes then add in some water & bring to boil. In the mean time crumble the groundnut using motor and pestil or blender.

    Then add in some salt and seasonings to the soup. pound the cloves, black pepper and ginger & add, put in the cooked meat as well. Add in the crumbled groundnut stir every thing together cover and continue cooking.

    Pound the fresh scotch and red bell pepper with the onion and add. Wash and slice the spinach and add at the final step of the soup. You don’t want to over cook the spinach as soon as it begins to soften then stir and off the heat.

    Serve with any swallow of choice like tuwo, pounded yam or amala e.t.c I serve mine tuwo rice with some cooked meat fat (kitse)😋😋😋 enjoy 😊 ☺️!!!!
