  1. 1 cuppounded ground nut
  2. Spring onions sliced desire quantity
  3. 5 cubesseasoning
  4. Medium bowl of grated tomatoes, pepper, onions
  5. Spices of your choice
  6. 2 scooppalm oil
  7. Chicken
  8. Chicken stock optional

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Wash and cook your chicken with seasoning and spices until tender

  2. 2

    In a pot add your palm oil.and add your grated mixture fry for 10 mins

  3. 3

    Then add your powder groundnut fry for another 10 mins.

  4. 4

    Then add your chicken stock, seasoning,spices and cook for 10 mins on a low heat

  5. 5

    Then add your spring onions and cook for 5mins.

  6. 6

    Served with tuwo of your choice.
