Ingredients

  1. 3 cupdry groundnut
  2. 6fresh pepper(blend)
  3. 5fresh tomatoes(blend)
  4. 1big onion bulb
  5. 1spring onion (chopped)
  6. 1 bunchspinach(sliced)
  7. 1 bunchzobo leaf (sliced)
  8. 5maggi cube
  9. 1/2kilo beef
  10. 4dry fish meduim
  11. 2 tablespoonscrayfish
  12. to tasteSalt
  13. 1 cuppalm oil

Cooking Instructions

    Wash beef and fish with salt then put inside a clean pot.

    Then add salt,maggi,onion,pepper,tomatoes,crayfish,Palm oil with little water.

    Place on heat to steam for 20min.Place pan on heat then put groundnut and heat for 7min.Remove from heat.

    I heat groundnut to remove groundnut coat,then blend it.

    Add to your meat stock allow to boil for 10min then stir.

  6. 6

    Add spinach and zobo leaf after 2min turn off heat.

  7. 7

    Ready to consume so delicious normally eaten with tuwo or masa.
