  1. 6 cupsgroundnut
  2. 2 sachettomatoes paste
  3. 1medium bulb onion
  4. 1 1/2medium table spoon salt
  5. 4Maggi cubes
  6. stock fish
  7. 10medium pepper (blended)
  8. 3medium crayfish (blended)
  9. dry fish
  10. 1kilo chicken / beef
  11. 4cow skin (Kpomo)

    Wash stock fish with salty water.. put in a clean pot, boil to soften and set aside..

    Wash dry fish with warm salty water, remove bones and separate them into small pieces.

    Roast the raw groundnut in a pan, stirring constantly to avoid burning and set aside to cool down completely. then grind into powder..

    Wash your chicken and put inside a clean pot add your seasoning (onion, pepper salt and Maggi) cook for 15min..

    Add your dry fish, crayfish and stock fish to your boiling pot of chicken.. cover and cook for 10min..

    Add your grounded groundnut and stir very well till there are no lumps.. pour in your tomatoes paste and stir very well..

    Cook till a thin film of clear oil appear on the surface..

    Wow.. it's ready serve groundnut soup with any Africa sallow meal..
