Ingredients

  1. 5 stalksleeks, cut into small sizes
  2. 2 blockstofu, slice into big cubes
  3. 3 clovesgarlic
  4. Sauce:soy sauce, wine, white pepper, flour, sugar, dark soy
  5. 1 tbspcooking oil
  6. Halfcup water

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Heat wok then stir fry garlic until aromatic.

  2. 2

    Then add the leeks. Mix it then add half cup of water. Let it simmer.

  3. 3

    Then add in tofu and the sauce. Reduce fire into low then simmer.

  4. 4

    Slowly mix it then simmer again until cook.
