Since I love triangle chocolate pies, I tried making them at home. This is the definitive edition☆ LOL

I used frozen puff pastry for the pie layer★
I recommend cutting the dough with a pizza slicer.
Feel free to swap the chocolate, and make your original chocolate pies★ When chilled, the chocolate hardens, and they will be delicious❤〃 For 2 servings. Recipe by Mimy love rmi

Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 1sheet Store-bought puff pastry
  2. 1/2Chocolate bar
  3. 1Egg
  4. 1 dashWater

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Line a baking sheet with parchment paper, and place the puff pastry. (When using frozen, defrost it)

  2. 2

Cut in half first. Then cut diagonally to make triangles.

  3. 3

Cover with chocolate, but leave the edges. You can use any kinds of chocolate!♫

  4. 4

Lightly apply water on the edges with a finger, and put another triangle sheet on top. Press down the edges with a fork to stick 2 sheets together.

  5. 5

Brush the surface with a beaten egg ♫ Just like painting the surface yellow.

  6. 6

Bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for 15 minutes. Turn down the temperature to 160°C and continue baking for 10 minutes (until nicely browned), then they're done♫♪゚

  7. 7

*When you chill them in the fridge, the chocolate inside hardens and it'll become delicious (^ω^)♡

  8. 8

Addendum: When you cut the pastry into triangles, if you make cuts on the top sheets, you can see through the chocolate a little bit, and look tasty♡
