Cooking Instructions

Soak beans for 5mins,
Wash off the chaff
And blend the beans very well - 2
Blend shombo, pepper, onions, ginger, garlic, crayfish together set aside.

In a bowl add the blended beans
Add small hot water (depends on how thick or soft you want your moi moi)
Add those blended mixture (pepper, onions etc)
Add a little veg oil
Add curry, knor and salt to taste
Stir very well to avoid one part having more ingredients 😁

Get your moi moi plate
Add the already mixed moi moi paste inside and coverAdd small amount of water inside your cooking pot allow to boil
Add those moi moi plate inside
Allow to boil for 15-20mins
Keep topping water inside the pot to avoid getting your plates burnt.Serve with pap, custard or rice
