  • 1 kglamb hind leg
  • salt, ground black pepper to taste
  • 0.5 tspsmoked paprika
  • 0.5 tspnutmeg
  • dry onion to taste
  • 2 clovesgarlic (medium)
  • 500 mldry white wine

    Prepared meat, rub with spices on all sides. Put in a convenient form, pour wine. Leave to marinate for at least 12 hours. It is advisable to turn over a couple of times for even pickling.

    Подготовленное мясо, натереть специями со всех сторон. Уложить в удобную форму, залить вином. Оставить мариноваться минимум на 12 часов. Желательно пару раз перевернуть для равномерного маринования.

    Chop the garlic with a knife. Put inside, already marinated meat.

    Чеснок порубить ножом. Вложить внутрь, уже промаринованного мяса.

    Roll the lamb flesh with garlic inside. Wrap tightly with several layers of foil.

    Свернуть мякоть баранины чесноком внутрь. Плотно завернуть в несколько слоёв фольги.

    Bake in a preheated oven at 160 degrees for two hours.

    Запекать в разогретой до 160 градусов духовке, два часа.

    After two hours, unfold the foil, increase the temperature to 200 degrees. Bake the meat for another 10 minutes, for browning.

    Через два часа, фольгу развернуть, увеличить температуру до 200 градусов. Запечь мясо ещё минут 10, для зарумянивания.

    I draw your attention to the fact that the temperature of 160 degrees was not chosen by chance. So, the meat retains the maximum amount of juice inside.

    Обращаю внимание, что температура в 160 градусов, выбрана не случайно. Так, мясо сохраняет максимальное количество сока внутри.
