Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 4leaves Cabbage
  2. 2Chicken tenders
  3. 1 dashSake
  4. 1 tbspMayonnaise
  5. 1 tbsp★ Miso
  6. 1 tbsp★ Milk
  7. 1 tbsp★ Ground sesame seeds
  8. 1 pinchBlack pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

Put the chicken tenders in enough water plus sake to cover. Turn on the heat and bring to a boil.

  2. 2

As soon as it comes to a boil turn off the heat and leave it there. When the cooking liquid has cooled take the tenders out and shred them with your hands. Take at the sinew at this point.

  3. 3

Chop the cabbage up roughly and microwave for 3 minutes. Squeeze out any excess moisture. You can blanch the cabbage instead!

  4. 4

Mix together the ★ sauce ingredients (mayonnaise, miso, milk, ground sesame seeds, pepper). Arrange the cabbage and chicken on a serving plate and pour the ★ sauce on top. Serve.

  5. 5

It's also good if you mix the cabbage, chicken and sauce all together.
