Ingredients

  1. 250 grams - 1 totapuri mango half ripen
  2. 50 grmssugar
  3. 2 tsproasted jeera powder
  4. 2 tspblack salt
  5. 1 tspsendha salt
  6. 25mint leaves
  7. 1 pieceginger
  8. 2green chillies
  9. 1/4 tspred chilli powder
  10. cubesSome ice
  11. Cold water as required

Cooking Instructions

    Wash totapuri mango and boil in pressure cooker till 3 whistles.

    When cools completely, peel of mango and collect pulp.

    Take a mixer jar, add mango pulp, sugar, mint leaves, sendha salt, black salt, jeera powder, ginger, and chillies. Churn well in the jar. Make fine pulp.

    Now take a serving glass, add ice cubes. Add mango pulp and cold water. Stir well to make a perfect consistency of drink. Sprinkle red chilli powder. Garnish with mint leaves and a lemon slice.
