  1. 7 ouncespork thigh, sliced
  2. 1 bunchholy basil leaves
  3. 10bird's eye chilies
  4. 4 clovesgarlic
  5. 3 teaspoonsfish sauce
  6. 2 teaspoonssoy sauce
  7. 2 teaspoonssugar
  8. 1/2 teaspoondark soy sauce
  9. vegetable oil

Cooking Instructions

    Heat a pan and add the chilies and garlic (it tastes better if you can pound the chilies and garlic).
