  1. 3 tbspoil
  2. 2onion
  3. 3garlic cloves
  4. 1 inchginger
  5. 3tomatoes
  6. leafBay
  7. 1 inchcinnamon
  8. 2 podscardamom
  9. 1 tspcumin seeds
  10. 1/2turmeric powder
  11. As required chilli powder
  12. 1.5 tspCoriander powder
  13. 1 tspkitchen king masala
  14. Salt to test
  15. 1 cupmilk/ water
  16. 1 tbspbesan
  17. 1.5 cupsfrozen matar
  18. 250 ghomemade paneer
  19. leavesCoriander
  20. 1/2kasuri methi

Cooking Instructions

    Now add water salt and pinch of sugar and stir well. Add matar and cook for 15 minutes.

    In a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and saute spices add turmeric. Chilli powder and 1tbsp besan roast well. Add in prepared onions garlic ginger. And tomato paste and sauce Well.

    Add in paneer and simmer for 10 minutes. now add all spices and Coriander leaves and kasuri methi. Add mix well.

    Finely butter matar paneer masala is ready to serve
