Ingredients

2 servings
  1. 200 gmcottage cheese(paneer) cut into cubes
  2. 2big onions roughly chopped
  3. 8-9cashews
  4. 1green chilli
  5. 1tblspn cream
  6. 1 inchginger
  7. 6-7garlic cloves
  8. 3tomatoes rougly chopped
  9. 1dalchini (cinnamon) stick
  10. 4-5black pepper seeds
  11. 2Green elaichi (cardamom)
  12. 2 pcslaung (cloves)
  13. 1/2 tsp turmeric
  14. Salt as per taste
  15. 1 tsp red chilli powder
  16. 1/2 cup fresh coriander chopped
  17. 1 tsp garam masala
  18. 1/2 tsp kasoori methi
  19. 250 gmOil
  20. 1/2 cupfrozen peas

Cooking Instructions

    First heat oil in a vok for deep fry. Now deep fry cubed paneer until it become golden. Then keep it aside.

    Heat 1 tblspn oil in a pan. Add dalchini, black pepper, green elaichi, laung and fry for a minute.

    Now add roughly chopped onions, garlic, ginger and cashews. Fry for 5-6 minutes.

    Now add tomatoes and cook until it become soft. Now turn off flame and let it cool down.

    After cool down grind into a smoot paste.

    Heat a pan and put this paste into it. Cook for 4-5 minutes.

    Then add turmeric, garam masala power and salt and stir. Then add cream and mix.

    Add paneer, peas and a cup of water. And allow it boil to 7-8 minutes.

    Turn off the flame and add kasoori methi.

  10. 10

    Garnish with fresh coriander and grated paneer.
