  1. 1 cupmung bean
  2. 1onion
  3. 1tomato
  4. 1 tbspKanda lasun chutney
  5. 2 tbspgroundnut powder
  6. 1 tspJeera
  7. 1 tspmustard seeds
  8. leavesCoriander
  9. 1 tsphing
  10. 2 tbspoil
  11. Salt as per taste

    Soak the mung bean in warm water for 2 hours.

    Chop onion and tomato

    Keep the small pressure cooker on the gas,on medium flame add some oil add mustard seeds,jeera hing and make tadaka after that add onion and fry until brown,now add tomato and fry it add Kanda lasun chutney,add soaked mung bean and stir all ingredients,now add peanut powder,salt as per taste and add 1 cup water and cover the lead of cooker and make 2 whistle

    Rest the cooker for 10 min. your mung bean usal is ready to eat serve with thalipit or methithepala or chapati
