Ingredients

Makes 1 loaf pan
  1. 3/4 cupall-purpose flour (about 100 grams)
  2. 1 teaspoonbaking powder
  3. 1/3 cupplain yogurt (no need to strain)
  4. 1/3 cupsugar (feel free to reduce if desired)
  5. 3 tablespoonsvegetable oil
  6. 1egg
  7. 1 tablespoonlemon juice (bottled lemon juice is fine)

Cooking Instructions

    Gather all the ingredients.

    Combine the all-purpose flour and baking powder, then sift them together.

    In a bowl, mix the yogurt and sugar with a whisk.

    Add the beaten egg to the yogurt mixture, then add the vegetable oil and lemon juice, mixing with a whisk.

    Gently fold the sifted flour and baking powder into the mixture using a rubber spatula.
