Ingredients

Serves about 2 servings
  1. 1 tablespoondried hijiki seaweed
  2. 2 bunchesspinach
  3. 1 tablespooncanned tuna, drained
  4. 2 tablespoonsedamame (frozen or canned)
  5. 1/2 tablespoonponzu sauce
  6. 1 teaspoontoasted white sesame seeds

Cooking Instructions

    Soak the hijiki in water to rehydrate. Boil or microwave the spinach, then cut it into bite-sized pieces. Drain the tuna and edamame.
