Why is it so delicious when all you do is dip it in egg and fry it? That's why it's a delicious piccata! It's also great for lunch boxes, so give it a try! The origin of this recipe: I wanted to eat lean pork tenderloin in a way other than frying. When I made it into piccata, it was easy and delicious, so I uploaded the recipe.
