Spinach and Bacon Cream Pasta!!

The origin of this recipe: When making spinach dishes like ohitashi, I thought of setting aside some spinach to quickly whip up a pasta dish with bacon and shimeji mushrooms from the fridge. The result is a vibrant and delicious pasta, perfect for a weekend lunch!

Heat a frying pan, add olive oil, and sauté the sliced garlic. When the color changes, add the bacon and cook until crispy.

Add the shimeji mushrooms and spinach, season with salt and pepper, and sauté until the spinach stems are tender. Add the flour and mix.

Once the flour is dissolved, add the milk and simmer. Add the bouillon and mix well.
