Ingredients

Serves 1 serving

  2. 1.4 ozbacon
  3. 1/3 packshimeji mushrooms
  4. Sliced garlic, to taste
  5. 2/3 cupmilk (150 ml)
  6. 2 teaspoonschicken bouillon granules
  7. 2 teaspoonsall-purpose flour
  8. 1 tablespoonolive oil (or butter)
  9. Salt and pepper, to taste

    Heat a frying pan, add olive oil, and sauté the sliced garlic. When the color changes, add the bacon and cook until crispy.
