  1. 250 gmcluster beans
  2. 1onion
  3. 1 tbspkanda lasun chatani
  4. 2 tbsppeanut powder
  5. 1/2tomato
  6. 1 tbspginger garlic paste
  7. 2 tbspoil
  8. For tadaka
  9. Curry leaves
  10. 1 tspjeera
  11. 1 tspmustard seeds
  12. 1 tspTurmeric powder

Cooking Instructions

    Remove sides of cluster beans and cut into small pieces. Cut the onion and tomato. Put the kadai on the gas add some oil add curry leaves,jeera and mustard seeds,onion and fry it on low flame.

    Now add tomato cook this for 2 min add washed cluster beans and toss all ingredients.

    Now add ginger garlic paste,chatani and salt mix it well and keep the lead for 2 min, now again stir the sabji add some water cook this for 5 to 6 min,at the end add some peanut powder mix it well add coriander leaves

    Serve this sabji with chapti or bhakri
