Ingredients

15-20mins
3-4 servings
  1. 500 gNative Rice
  2. 200 gDiced Tomatoes
  3. Chilli Pepper Powder 11/2tsp
  4. Onga Classic Seasoning Powder 1tsp
  5. Crayfish Powder 3tbs
  6. Palm Oil 6tbs
  7. Vegetable Oil 1/2cksp
  8. Diced Onions 5tbs
  9. Meat Stock(optional) 1Cup
  10. MaDish Curry and Chicken Seasoning Powder 1-2tsp
  11. Water 500g(controllerd)
  12. Sliced Scent Leaves 100g

Cooking Instructions

15-20mins
  1. 1

    Wash&drain rice,set aside

  2. 2

    Heat up oil,when hot,add onions,stir fry in med heat 5 secs,add tomatoes,stir fry 1min,add water and other ingredients except scent leaves

  3. 3

    Bring to boil by covering with lid

  4. 4

    When it's boiling,add rice,reduce flame to low/med

  5. 5

    Taste to adjust with any ingredients of choice,when it boils,like curry& chicken Seasoning or seasoning powder

  6. 6

    When water tries up and it's not yet done or soft, sprinkler little water,reduce flame to low,cover with shiny part of toil paper,cover with lid (15mins)

  7. 7

    2mins before the 15 mins lapses,add the scent leaves,stir lightly with a wooden spatula,cover for proper doneness

  8. 8

    Remove from heat, stir well,plate& enjoy with protein i of choice
