Can’t believe how amazing and tasty this dish turned out to be! This Asian cuisine is more about the technique than it is the ingredients. Ive perfected this recipe over the years and now it’s ready to share. Enjoy!
Cooking Instructions

Cut beef into thin slices. Easier to slice while its partially frozen

Add meat to pot with just enough water to cover the meat and a pinch of salt. Boil on high heat until water evaporates

Next, dial to medium-high heat & add salt, minced garlic, ginger, and onion powder. Sauté until fragrant (3 min), then add half of soy & teriyaki sauce. Sauté for another 3 minutes

Add frozen broccoli. Add a 1/2 cup of water to the pan and let it simmer on medium high heat. After about 10 minutes or so, add remaining soy & teriyaki sauce. Simmer on low

Once most of the water has evaporated, add salt and pepper to taste.
