Cooking Instructions

Peel the yam,cut into bits,wash and bring to a boil…Add a salt to taste and rosemary herbs(optional) for flavor

Now add the red oil to another pot or pan and add the diced onions and allow to fry

After some minutes add in the blended fresh pepper,crayfish and onion and add seasoning cubes,salt and your favorite spices

Wash smoked fish and add

Cover and allow to cook on low heat

Add the sliced ugu.Cover and allow to simmer and your sauce is ready

Serve and add the boiled egg
