  2. vegetable oil (to fry)
  3. to tastesalt
  4. 5medium fresh tomatoes
  5. 2medium pepper
  6. 1bulb small onion
  7. 1Maggi cube
  8. 1/2 bunchspinach leaf

    Wash your tomatoes, onion, and pepper.. slice into tiny shapes.. put in a bowl and set aside...

    Wash your spinach leaf and slice.. set aside...

    Pill your yam and slice into desirable shapes.. use salty water to wash...

    Put a pan on fire pour in your vegetable oil.. allow oil to get hot.. then you pour in your yam batch by batch..

    Allow yam to fry for 5min..

    Put a pot on fire pour in little vegetable oil.. pour your spinach leaf, onion, pepper and tomatoes... add a pinch of salt and 1 seasoning cube..

    Stir spinach leaf and allow to cook for 3min..

    Your fried yam and vegetables sauce is ready...
