Peanut Butter and Dates Power Balls

These power balls are not only yummy, but are also very good for you and made with loving ingredients that will love your body. They make great snacks for the kids and they won't even know it's so healthy!
Made from peanut butter, dates, flax meal, chia seeds, Soular's cacao nibs and chocolate chips and cashew nuts (not shown).
They will provide you with the energy you need and satisfy your sweet tooth as well instead of those sugary snacks.
They are also very easy to make and come together very quickly. You can also add chopped nuts or dried fruit if you like.

Ingredients

  1. 4 tbspspeanut butter
  2. 10dates regular pitted
  3. 2 tbspschia seeds
  4. 2 tbspsflaxmeal
  5. 2 tbspscacao nibs
  6. 2 tbspschocolate chips
  7. 10cashew nuts processed

Cooking Instructions

15 mins
  1. 1

    Boil dates for 15 mins until soft, remove and grind in processor until smooth.

    Add chocolate chips in processor and grind roughly.

  3. 3

    Empty mixture into a big bowl and add in the rest of ingredients.

    Mix well until fully combined.

  5. 5

    Refridgerate for 30 mins.

  6. 6

    Remove and roll into balls. Store in air tight container or zip lock bag in the fridge.
