Cooking Instructions
- 1
Peel and cut yam,boil till is soft.pound in mortar adding fresh pepper,ginger and garlic.pound very well then sprinkle salt and stock cubes.

Whisk egg in a bowl,make small balls of the pounded yam dip in the whisked egg then heat up vegetable oil and fry all.
- 3
Fry till is brown.select out and place in the sieve to drain out vegetable oil.
