Cooking Instructions

Clean beans and wash; parboil and cook till its very soft. I use rice cooker or pressure pot to cook my beans, its faster and the beans gets to pop once it soft; you need the beans very very soft.

Perboil turkey, spice with salt, pepper onions and stock cube, cook till tender and set aside

- 5
Add stock cube, salt and meat stock, stir and add the cooked beans, mash the beans while stiring it, finally add turkey,

Sophie's sausage, bean and Guinness stew Sophie's sausage, bean and Guinness stew
I used red kidney beans & rosecoco beans in this, but they're easily interchangeable with other types of beans. This is great on its own, or make it go further with rice. If you have leftovers, try chopping the sausages before reheating and serving with salad & cheese in a wrap. justanothersoph -

Creamy Soy Milk Stew Without Any Simmering Creamy Soy Milk Stew Without Any Simmering
I'm breastfeeding at the moment so I wanted to make a healthy and simple stew. When I tried it out, it came out much more like regular stew than I thought it would. If you use processed soy milk then it won't separate even if it boils.Try adding in some corn or a sprinkle of black pepper at the end. Bacon and Shimeji Mushroom Stew Bacon and Shimeji Mushroom Stew
I wanted to eat something creamy, so I adapted a soup recipe to create a stew. If I have leftovers, I like to add milk to it for a breakfast soup.If you coat everything well in flour in Step 2, it shouldn't become lumpy. If you use less flour, it'll be more like a soup. You don't have to make the white sauce in a separate pan, so it's really convenient. Recipe by Garumeri cookpad.japan -

Lima beans absorb the flavors of the stew they are cooked in, and when simmered overnight, turn dishes creamy. This stew with cured bacon, seared pork steak, onion, garlic, chipotle spices, roma tomatoes, lemon and pine apple makes the best creamy stew. When done, the meat and bacon are shredded fine with forks and mixed in with the stew. Easy Transformation Potato Pot-au-Feu Stew from Soup Easy Transformation Potato Pot-au-Feu Stew from Soup
I've been having fun coming up with variations of a simple vegetable soup recipe that I found.Because you're using a rich vegetable soup you can reduce the simmering time and it will still taste amazing. Try adding some onion or chicken if you like. The trick to this recipe is using ingredients that have been heated beforehand in the microwave. Recipe by Garumeri cookpad.japan
