  1. 250 gshrimp (roughly chopped)
  2. 6garlic (finely chopped)
  3. 3 tbspsoy sauce
  4. 2 tbspshao xing wine
  5. 2 tspsalt
  6. 1 tbspsugar
  7. 1 tsppepper
  8. 2 tspsesame oil
  9. Dumpling wrap

Cooking Instructions

    Mix all the ingredients and leave it for about 10 minutes.

    Wrap the fillings and put them on a fridge. It can be boiled, steamed, or fried.
