Ingredients

  1. 2 cupsegusi
  2. Bunchdry bitter leaf
  3. 1dry fish
  4. 1 teaspoonachi
  5. 1 kgMeat
  6. 3cksp Palmoil
  7. 1cksp Crayfish
  8. 3 cubesMaggi
  9. Salt
  10. 1onion

Cooking Instructions

    Cut, and wash the meat with salt. boil the meat with salt,Maggi and onion.

    Blend egusi in a blender till is paste.

  3. 3

    Heat up pot and pour in palmoil.bleach for 2mins then pour in the blended egusi.stir very well and leave it to fry.

    Fry for 5mins but please don't leave it burn.stir at intervals.

    Pour in the boiled meat and stockfish.astockfish.and enough water for the soup.cover the pot and boil for 10mins.

    Add achi and stir after 5mins add crayfish,dryfish,pepper,maggi and salt.

    Soak the dry bitter leaf with hot water for at least 10mins.

    Sieve it out a and add into the soup.boil for 3mins and off the heat.soup is ready.
