Cucumber and groundnut

Is a simple chop I love it,when I have visitors and don't know what to offer apart from soft drink I gave them fresh cucumber and groundnut.Also its so cheap anyone can afford... with ur #100/200 u can satisfy ur guest.

Groundnut is one of the evening snack, you can eat it with garri ko kwate or fate in hausa

on a sunny day this is the best you can ever ask for

I love snacking of groundnut.

Garri can be eaten without further cooking, as a snack, by placing it in a bowl and adding cold water; ijebu-garri is made to have finer grains, and a pleasantly sour taste, making it very suitable to be eaten in this way. Sugar or honey is then added as well as chunks of coconut, groundnuts, tigernuts and cashew nut.This is one of the quintessential Nigerian snacks/meals/drinks (yes, all in one). I never went through the boarding school experience in Nigeria but apparently, having a stash of garri was essential to surviving those long weeks away from home. As a day student, that didn't stop me from overloading on soaked garri after school.

This is a very crunchy snack made from roasted groundnut and sugar. It is loved by all ages 🤗
