Can serve warm or can used for apple crumble.

Ingredients

  1. 130 gbutter
  2. Rhubarb 2 cup, cut 2 cm
  3. 7large apples - peeled, cored and cut
  4. 3 teaspoonscornflour
  5. 1 cupcold water
  6. 1 cupbrown sugar
  7. 1 teaspoonground cinnamon

Cooking Instructions

    1. In a large pot melt butter over medium heat add apples. Cook, stirring constantly, around 5 minutes, add rhubarb and stirring for 2-3 minutes or until apples are almost tender and rhubarbs are soft.

    2. Dissolve cornflour in water; add to a mixture. Add brown sugar and cinnamon. Mixed well for 2-3 minutes, stirring occasionally. Remove from heat and serve warm or you can used for apple and rhubarb crumble. Done!
