Ingredients

  2. 2 tbspcooking oil
  3. 6green onions sliced diagonally 2 inch long
  4. 2 lbbeef London broil thinly sliced
  5. 3 tspminced garlic
  6. marinade
  7. 1/4 cupsoy sauce
  8. 1/4 cupChinese Shaoxing wine
  9. 2 tbspcornstarch
  10. sauce
  11. 2 tbspsoy sauce
  12. 3 dashwhite pepper powder
  13. 1/3 tspcrushed chili flakes
  14. 2 tbspsugar or to taste
  15. 4medium onion
  16. 2 tsphoisin sauce
  17. 1 tspsesame seed oil
  18. 2 inchesginger

Cooking Instructions

    Thinly slice the beef

    Marinate the beef for 30 minutes. In a hot pan or hot wok add 1 tablespoon of oil add beef, and stir fry till half done remove and set aside.

    Chop the onion coarsely

    Peel the ginger

  5. 5

    Slice the ginger thinly then slice like matchstick style

    Slice green onion two inch on a diagonal

    Add onions and ginger to the wok with juices of beef after about 2-3 minutes of cooking add the beef to the onions stir a bit add sauce let cook till thick the sauce also includes the marinating liquid used on beef mix well in wok stir it will thicken a bit.

    Add green onions stir a bit serve with rice
