These are a fun delicious way to have a bite of a brownie, coated with dark and white chocolate they stay moist and fresh. Dip in sauces or whipped cream or just share as is!

I wanted to make delicious chocolate and nut snowballs. These cookies have chocolate as well as cocoa powder in them, and are amazingly crispy. Even if you use snacking nuts, these cookies are very elegant, and great as gifts.If the hot water used to melt the chocolate is boiling hot, the cacao in the chocolate may become burned and grainy, so be careful. The hidden flavor of a pinch of pepper really brings out the flavor of the chocolate.The mixed nuts should include some sliced almonds, but otherwise you can just use some snacking nuts. Here's another one for her!Don't put too much cocoa in the dough as it burns easily (I use 10g).If you flatten the cookies too much, they will burn easily, so make them on the thick side. This is one of my own recipes. I bake sweets which are easy to make and use minimum ingredients. Also, of course, recipes which make kids happy!You can substitute condensed milk with 1 tablespoon of honey. It will have the same look, but the texture and flavour will be different. Honey makes balls with a stickier texture and also adds flavour. Either way, these balls are not so sweet and I recommend using sugar for coating such as powdered sugar or brown sugar.Remember that the sweetness also depends on the banana. My friend always makes these for her parties and there are NEVER any left at the end of the night. I always thought they were hard to make but finally gave it a shot and it was fool proof. It's a great recipe to have in a last minute potluck situation and you still want to impress your friends.

Please try them.You can leave the butter out to bring to room temperature or you can heat it up in the microwave to melt it.After that, just mix.You don't even have to sift the powdered ingredients. Just mix until the it's no longer powdery.Then it's just forming into whatever size balls you want. But if they are too big, you need to change the baking time.Try to make them all the same size as much as you can please.If you try to coat them with powdered sugar before cooling them, the sugar will melt and since the cookies are soft, they will fall apart easier. Easy to make and kid friendly as well

I was re-arranging my Praline Cookie recipe. I ran out of chocolate chips, so I used a chocolate bar instead. Chunks of chocolate gave these cookies a nice texture and I thought it actually better than the original recipe.If you chill the cookies in the fridge, the chunks of chocolate turn crunchier and more delicious.
