Ingredients

  1. White yam
  2. Salt
  3. 3big eggs
  4. 1onion
  5. 2 teaspoongroundnut oil
  6. 1pepper
  7. Vegetable(ugu)
  8. 1/2 teaspoonCurry
  9. 1fresh pepper

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Boil yam with salt for 10mins.sieve out water.

  2. 2

    Wash vegetable with salt, and slice it.cut onion and pepper.

  3. 3

    Break egg and whisk in a plate till is foamy.add salt

  4. 4

    Heat up frying pan,Add groundnut oil onces is hot pour in onion.

  5. 5

    Add curry with pepper.and pour in the egg.

  6. 6

    Stir and allow to fry for at least 2mins.

  7. 7

    Pour the vegetable in a pot add salt and a teaspoon of groundnut oil.steam for 1min.

    Serve the yam,egg and vegetable.enjoy the meal
