Ingredients

  2. 50 gramsdried shrimp, soaked and softened in water
  3. 10dried red chillies, soaked and softened in water, remove stalk and seeds (please wear gloves! )
  4. 100 gramssmall purple onions, peeled and remove roots
  5. Other
  6. 4 tbspcooking oil

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Chop/grind/pound the main ingredients all together till grain size.

  2. 2

    Heat cooking oil in frying pan using medium or high heat. Stir fry the grinded mixture till browned for 10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Ready to serve with porridge.

Love to cook and experiment with new cooking methods in addition to traditional stir fry recipes. Living in Singapore, a fantastic place to eat and experience (almost) every kind of cuisine in the world.
