Ingredients

  • 1.1 lbslarge shrimp
  • 7 clovesgarlic, minced
  • 3green onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped red chili
  • 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped yellow chili
  • 2 tablespoonsfinely chopped cilantro roots
  • 1 teaspoonsalt
  • 2 teaspoonssugar

  1. 1

    Heat a pan over medium-high heat and fry the shrimp until they are not fully cooked. Trim the antennae, but do not peel the shrimp. Make a cut along the back.

    Once fried, set the shrimp aside to prepare the next ingredients.

    Sauté the garlic in the remaining oil until golden and fragrant, then add the cilantro roots and stir well. Follow with the red and yellow chilies.

    Add the shrimp back to the pan and season with salt and sugar.

    Turn off the heat and add the sliced green onions.
