Very soft cinnamon rolls however I learned this recipe from my Chef in school and I thought it would be wonderful to share it with you. Please give it a try you will love it and you will be always making it

Ingredients

  1. sweet roll dough
  2. 4 ozbutter
  3. 4 ozsugar
  4. 1/4 tspsalt
  5. 3 ozegg
  6. 1 oznon fat milk solids ( powder milk)
  7. 16 ozbread flour or all purpose
  8. 4 ozcake flour
  9. 8 ozmilk
  10. 2 tbspyeast
  11. filling
  12. 2 ozbutter
  13. 4 ozbrown sugar
  14. 4 ozgranulated sugar
  15. 1 ozcinnamon
  16. Cream cheese icing
  17. 1 ozbutter
  18. 3 ozcream cheese
  19. 5 ozpowdered sugar
  20. 3 ozheavy cream
  21. 1/4 tbspvanilla extract

Cooking Instructions

    Scale all the ingredients

    Cream the butter , sugar and salt for 3 min

  3. 3

    Add the eggs gradually and continue to mix

  4. 4

    Add the rest of the dry ingredients such as powder milk, bf, cf, yeast and give it a mix for less than a min

  5. 5

    Add milk , continue to mix

  6. 6

    Round the dough and place it in a greasy bowl don't forget to cover the bowl , let the dough relax and double in size foe about 1 hour and 15 min

    Roll the dough after it doubled in size

    Roll roll roll

    Mix all the filling ingredients together

    Add a little bit of water on the surface of the dough , then add all the amount of filling on the dough

    Roll the dough again

    Cut the dough

    Place the dough in a cake pan , don't forget to butter the pan before placing your cinnamon rolls or you could use parchment paper

    The cinnamon rolls at this point has to rest and double in size for about 30 min

    Bake until they became golden brown on 350°F

    FOR THE CREAM CHEESE icing**** cream the cream cheese and butter for 3 min then add power sugar, vanilla extract give it a mix for 2 min then add heavy cream mix for another 2 in
