Cooking Instructions

Tak a bowl,add chopped onion and 1 tsp salt, mix well.cover the onion and let them rest 15 minutes, so that they released their water.

After 15 minutes, onion would have released their moisther in the meanwhile, heat sufficient oil in a kadhai.

Add all spices to the onion,mix well.add besan and rice flour mix very well.

When the oil hot.tak a small portion of the onion batter.

When the underislde of the bhaji flip them and continue to fry till they are crisp and light brown.

Remove them onto a plate serve hot.
