Ingredients

  1. 1 lbFresh broccoli, use only the top and dice small
  2. 1/2 lbCarrots, diced
  3. 1/3 cupWater
  4. 1/4 cupButter
  5. 1 tbspMinced dried onion
  6. 1/2 tspWhite pepper and salt
  7. 1 tspGarlic powder
  8. 2 canCheddar cheese soup (Campbell's 10.5 oz)
  9. 1 canCream of celery soup (Campbell's 10.5 oz)
  10. 2 canMilk

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat butter and water in a large covered pot.

    Add broccoli, carrots, and spices. Stir and cover. Cook over medium heat until softened...stirring as needed (about 5 minutes)

    Add soups and fill 2 cans with milk and add.

  4. 4

    Stir well to combine and continue cooking over low heat. Stirring frequently so it doesn't burn on bottom.

    Another 10-15 minutes should be good, but can go longer if you want the veggies softer.
