Cooking Instructions
- 1
Bake 45 mintues on 350.
- 2
Mix together in large bowl. Everything except pie filling.
- 3
Use hands to mix in bowl it's easier it should come together pretty easy. Next dump most of mixture (save about a cup or so of doh n put aside) onto greased large baking sheet with lip on sides. Or use 2 small ones. (Sometimes I use extra flour to get more crumbs for topping)
- 4
With hands push mixture all over and around tray. Next dump can of each on pie filling amd smooth out evenly on doh. Sprinkle some of crumb doh mixture on top. Please note you can also use 2 cans of same filing or I like peach, apple, or whatever u like. When I use apple I sprinkle cinnamon sugar on top before baking. The rest I use regular sugar to sprinkle.
- 5
Bake 350 for 45 min.
- 6
Take out let cool amd cut into squares. It doesn't need to be refrigerated but I think it's better and holds up better. Also freezes well.

Raspberry Almond Squares Raspberry Almond Squares
Combine the rich nuttiness of a buttery almond croissant with the fruity tartness of a raspberry jam bar, and you have these raspberry almond squares. The squares are a textural dream: a chewy, brown sugar base that's crowned with gooey almond frangipane and swirled with vibrant raspberry jam. A sprinkle of toasty sliced almonds and a dust of confectioners sugar add crunch, contrast, and a touch of elegance. Ricardo -

Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Bars Blueberry Lemon Cheesecake Bars
This Blueberry dessert is a tribute to my Mother. Every summer as kids my Mom would take us blueberry picking, not at farms but just in the woods around our house where wild Maine Blueberry bushes were loaded with small intense flavored wonderful berries. She made these cheesecake bars and called it just Blueberry dessert. She never wrote a recipe for it but I saw it made so often that this is my best try at re creating it. I don't have access to the wild New England blueberries now but it is delicious with any fresh blueberries. fenway -

Buckwheat Bars with Blueberry Jam Buckwheat Bars with Blueberry Jam
As I've mentioned when sharing other recipes, Trentino holds a special place in my heart because we spent our honeymoon there... I fell in love with the stunning landscapes and the cuisine, as well as the warmth of the people who welcomed us! ❤️ One of the recipes that impressed me the most was a buckwheat cake filled with wild blueberries, so much so that I wanted to recreate it as soon as I got home, and it has become a family favorite, loved by everyone! 🤗 In the form of small bars, it's simply adorable, almost as if the Befana could bring it to all the kids... and since she can't know if any child has special dietary needs, it's better to prepare it gluten-free! 🥰 In the final notes, I've also included modifications for the gluten version! 😎💪 Daniela InnamoratiTranslated from Cookpad Italy
