Ingredients

  1. Dumplings
  2. 2 cupflour
  3. 1/2 tspsalt
  4. 3eggs
  5. 4 tspwater
  6. Soup
  7. 8 cupchicken broth
  8. 2 cupcooked, cut up, turkey or chicken

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Mix dumpling ingredients in bowl until stuff dough forms

  2. 2

    In medium saucepan, mix broth and cooked meat. Cook until boiling

  3. 3

    Add chunks of dumpling dough, one at a time, into boiling broth

  4. 4

    Cook until the dough is fully cooked

  5. 5

    Cooked carrot slices and celery pieces can be added to the soup if desired
