Ingredients

  1. 3/4 cupsoften butter plus 1tablespoon
  2. 1/4 cupsugar plus 2 US tablespoons
  3. 1 1/2 cupflour self raising
  4. 2 tbspUS measurement cocoa powder
  5. 3/4 cupcornflakes or crushed weetbix or large rolled oats
  6. 1walnuts or coconut for on the top.

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven 180°C or 350°F

    Cream together the butter and sugar

  3. 3

    Add flour and cocoa

  4. 4

    Add cornflakes last so as not to break them up too much.

  5. 5

    Put spoonfuls on a greased oven tray and bake for about 15 mins.

    Leave them to cool.They firm up as they cool.

  7. 7

    Ice with chocolate icing and top with walnuts or coconut.They melt in the mouth when cooked right.I used half cornflakes and half weetbix for mine.
