Ingredients

  1. 450 gramscherries, pitted
  2. 2cucumbers
  3. 240 mlpomegranate juice
  4. 12 gramsmint leaves
  5. 1000 mlsparkling/carbonated water
  6. to tasteagave nectar /maple syrup

Cooking Instructions

    Set aside 8 cherries, put the rest into a blender

  2. 2

    Slice half of 1 cucumber for garnish. Peel & chop the rest and add to the blender with the cherries

  3. 3

    Add in the pom juice and mint then blitz until pureed smooth

  4. 4

    To make each cooler, pour 120mls of the blended mixture into ice filled glasses, top with 120mls sparkling water, sweeten with agave to taste and garnish with a slice of cucumber and a cherry
