Ingredients

  1. 2 tbspminced garlic
  2. 1 tspchopped fresh rosemary
  3. 1/2 tspchopped fresh thyme
  4. 1 1/2 tbspsliced fresh basil
  5. 1/4 tsplemon juice
  6. 3 tbspextra virgin olive oil, divided
  7. 1raspberry vinaigrette

Cooking Instructions

30 mins
  1. 1

    Heat 2 Tbsp evoo and 1 Tbsp garlic in pan.

    Thickly slice chicken into medallions and sauté in pan until cooked on the bottom.

  3. 3

    Add rosemary and thyme with the remaining garlic and evoo to the uncooked chicken parts.

  4. 4

    Flip chicken when white on the bottom.

  5. 5

    Add lemon juice and cook until done.

  6. 6

    Plate and top medallions with Basil and drizzle raspberry vinaigrette on top.
