Ingredients

  1. 4 cupbak choy
  2. 1 literwater
  3. 1/2 cupspring onion
  4. 20 slicepapper thin pork lean belly
  5. 8 slicedumpling skin
  6. seasoning
  7. 1/2 dashblack pepper
  8. 1/2 tsplight soy sauce
  9. 1/2 tspsalt

Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Bring water to a boil then add thinly sliced pork for 3 minute then simmer and add bak choy

  2. 2

    simmer down and add seasoning then add dumpling skin (DONT STIR ) as dumpling skin breaks easily

  3. 3

    simmer for another 3 minutes then add spring onion and off heat
