Cooking Instructions

Cut plantain and boil in a pot.

Boil for 8-12 minutes as is boiling add salt.

Drain the water and peel the back serve in a plate.

Sowk the ayonyi beans in water for at least 6hours.sieve out the water wash and boil again.

Add salt to taste and boil for 30minutes.

Heat up the pan,pour in palmoil bleach for 3minutes

Allow it to cool for 1minute.slice onion and pour in bleach palmoil.

Place back on fire,then add blended tomatoes and pepper.

Fry for 5minutes add small amount of water and salt

Put off the heat after 2minutes.
