Chicken udon with garlic ginger sauce

Cooking Instructions

Mix all the sauce ingredients and set aside.

In skillet on medium heat, add teaspoon oil and brown chicken.

Add bok choy and sauce, turn heat to low and cover.

Simmer until bok choy is wilted but retains a mildly crisp texture, this takes just a few minutes.

Add udon, stir and heat through.

I added a handful of pre cut crinkle carrot chips with cooking chicken. Added chow mein noodles to serve on top to serve. It was delicious!!
