Ham and Eggs

My husband loves this ham and egg sandwich.He often brings this to the office.The egg is cooked for 15 minutes so the yolk is hard-boiled. If you prefer it soft-boiled, please reduce the cooking time.If you cut the crusts off the bread, keep the egg mixture about 1cm away from the edge. It will be easier to cut that way.Use the cut off crusts to make pseudo-French toast. Recipe by Tomomaki0313

We have this for breakfast.Make sure to fry the egg well. When you cut it, the yolk will flow out! It's really good toasted, too.When using a loaf with 8 (thin) slices, the amount of mayonnaise and ketchup shown in the photos is just right.When using a loaf with 6 (thicker) slices, add a bit more.
