Cooking Instructions

boil beet root with skin for 20 minutes or until it's easy to poke with a knife but not too soft.

wash with tap water to make the beet root cool down and peel them. use a glove or something cuz there will be a lot of purple colour coming out
- 3
cut beets into small cubes and season with rest of ingredients, refrigerate before serving if you want

Burdock Root Salad!!
Apparently, you lose half of the nutrients if you peel a burdock root or soak it in water.Cook the burdock root soon after cutting it. I recommend seasoning this pretty strongly when stir-frying.
